WayStar Group Corporate Training: Focus on Sales and Customer Service

Employees of the WayStar Group holding company participated in the business training program "Sales Techniques and Effective Client Communication", which took place on May 20, 2026, in Astana.

The training was conducted by business coach Ruslan Kalimullin, an expert with more than 25 years of experience in sales, training, and facilitation across Kazakhstan, CIS countries, and international markets. Throughout his professional career, he has delivered more than 20,000 hours of training sessions and academic instruction.

During the program, company employees explored key stages of client interaction in the freight transportation industry, including negotiation techniques, needs assessment, effective communication, and improving the overall quality of customer service.
